Tasha Gilroy is an esteemed HR practitioner and leader in the industry’s DEI community, having served in culture and inclusion roles for the past 15 years. Most recently, she was elevated to the role of Chief Global Officer of Equity, Inclusion, &  Belonging at VMLY&R. 

Over the years, she has introduced a range of high-impact programs including inclusive learning workshops and employee programs that have forged access and opportunities focused on women and BIPOC talent. 

Tasha is a member of Advancing Women Executives (AWE) and NAMIC network organizations. She currently sits on the AAF Mosaic Committee for Most Promising Multicultural Students and the 100 Roses from Concrete advisory committee. She is also the recipient of the 2019 Ad Club of New York Ikons, Rockstars & Innovators award and was named an AEF's 2020 Talent Champion. 

Tasha is based in Long Island New York and is a proud mother of one and grandmother of two.
